I would appreciate the opportunity to continue serving you on Upper Arlington City Council for another four years, to carry forward the work that I began on behalf of our community when you first elected me to Council in 2019. For my wife Maryline and me, Upper Arlington has been the foundation of our adult lives and a city of beginnings. Our lives as homeowners and parents began here, and our careers began their most important phases here. I’m grateful daily for the ongoing benefit of our experiences that began here in this wonderful community –– and I feel extremely fortunate to live here as your friend and neighbor. John wants to continue his service on the Upper Arlington City Council for the next four years. For John and his wife Maryline, Upper Arlington has been at the foundation of their adult lives. Where John Stands
John believes we each can more readily achieve whatever we want in our daily lives so long as we have:
• Excellent police, fire, and emergency medical services
• Effective street maintenance and snow removal
• Well-maintained parks and recreation facilities
• Enriching senior programs and cultural arts programs
• Smart water, sewer, and storm water line maintenance and waste collection
• Sensible economic development and sound building planning and code compliance
Maintenance of proven practices and continued steady improvement of our fundamental municipal services are John’s primary objectives as your Council Member. Read More -

Every dollar raised, no matter the amount, is appreciated and will be spent only on furthering on John’s quest to serve the citizens of Upper Arlington on City Council for another next four years. Please note: The John Kulewicz for UA City Council Committee cannot accept monetary or in-kind contributions over $250. Also, pursuant to Upper Arlington Code of Ordinances Section 105.03, we cannot accept any contribution of money or other item of value from any UA City employee.
